Who we are

KODŌGA is an anime studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, run by BLFY EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN - FZCO, which is responsible for your data. For anything about your data, write to contact@kodoga.com.

When you visit the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and the details your browser sends. We keep no server logs.

To count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookie and does not follow you from site to site: it tells us which pages are viewed, from which country and on which kind of device, without identifying you.

The site sets no cookies. It keeps two small entries in your browser’s session storage, for the page transitions and the logo animation. They hold no personal data and disappear when you close the tab.

Fonts and scripts are served by kodoga.com itself, except Cloudflare’s visit counter: while you browse, your browser contacts no other third party, Google Fonts included.

When you write to us

If you write to work@, press@ or contact@kodoga.com, we use your message and your address only to answer you. We keep the exchange as long as it is needed to answer and follow up, then delete it.

Applications (CV, portfolio, letter) are read by people, never sorted by AI, and deleted 12 months after you apply unless you agree that we keep them longer.

Messages sent to these addresses pass through OVHcloud (France), which forwards them, and are kept in our Gmail mailbox (Google).

Where your data goes

Cloudflare and Google may process your data outside your country, including in the United States. We share it with no one else, and we never sell it.

Newsletter

The newsletter is not open yet. The form on this site sends nothing and stores nothing. When it opens, this page will name the service that sends it and how to unsubscribe.

Links to other sites

YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and Discord are external services: a link to them takes you to their site, under their own privacy policy. This site embeds none of their players or buttons.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to contact@kodoga.com. We answer within one month.

Depending on where you live, these rights come from the GDPR (European Union), the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Japan) or Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (United Arab Emirates). You can also complain to your data protection authority.
