AI policy

KODŌGA is a hybrid studio. Generative AI is one of our production tools; story, direction and taste stay human. These four principles say how we use it.

   Human-led creation

   Every film starts with a story written by people. Story, direction, art direction and editing are decided by people; the tools carry out their choices.

2. 02

   Verified rights

   We check the rights to everything we use: our own designs, references and stills, or licensed material. We never imitate the likeness or the voice of a real person without their consent.

3. 03

   Commercially licensed tools

   We use generative tools under licenses that allow commercial use, and we follow their terms. We keep the provenance marks they add to files, such as Content Credentials (C2PA).

4. 04

   Human review of every shot

   Every shot is reviewed by a person before it is published: the image, continuity, light, and anything that should not be there.

The films, loops and images on this site are made with generative AI tools, under the direction of the studio. We do not use AI to sort job applications.
